| SEASON |
March 3rd to November 21st (download
here). A calendar will be e-mailed after first service showing
scheduled mows for season and dates for extra services. |
| DAMAGE /
COMPLAINTS |
Please notify office of any
damage claims within 24 hrs; otherwise, we will consider the
services provided on that trip satisfactory. Any issues
brought to our attention outside the 24 hour window will be
addressed on the next designated mow day. |
| SIZE OF LAWN |
Service only available for lots
up to 16,000 sq. ft. Call for lot size. |
| PETS |
Crews are careful to avoid pets
escaping, but we do not assume responsibility. If your pet
is a runner, we highly recommend leaving pets inside or
kenneling them on your mow day. |
| GATES |
Locked gates are fine, but we
must have the combination before the service date. If the
back yard is inaccessible due to not having the combination
and we can not service it, we still have to charge the full
rate. We are extremely mindful of keeping gates closed,
relocking gates, and keeping pets in. |
